Why is OIL called a FOSSIL fuel?

William:

Do you ever wonder if everything was "berried" only thousands of years ago why oil would be considered a LIMITED resource since you would have to conclude it takes such a short period of time to create, it would keep being produced?

I wonder how berried soil tastes.......
hmmmm

Fossils, oil and coal don't take nearly as long to make as evolutionists assume.

A bridge in Germany was replaced some years back. Even though the bridge had been constructed only a hundred years before, the wooden pillars supporting it had turned to coal.

A cowboy boot has been found (I believe in Colorado) containing a fossilized human foot. The boot had been examined, and determined to have been manufactured less than fifty years ago.

There's no contradiction between fossils and creation. There are countless contradictions between evolution and history, science, and logic.

OK "hun" - well, you should be more specific in your original question. Seriously, don't be so angry. Just slow down and think for a few minutes...
Anyways, you're saying that you believe that fossils are millions or "billions" of years old according to archaeologists, and that theory conflicts with the Bible, right?
Let me ask you this - first of all, I understand that you don't believe in the Bible (that takes faith in things unseen), but why then are you so quick to blindly believe in a bunch of scientists and their "theories" as if they held the infinite wisdom of the entire universe? Is it their white lab coats? They openly admit that these are only THEORIES, and that the carbon-dating method itself was never proven, but carbon-dating methods were made to FIT these theories. There is wisdom in understanding that scientists are not the source of all knowledge in the universe. They're just guys that get up in the morning and go to work everyday. The same guys that used to do keg stands with the other guys at frat parties in college. My point is that too many people look to the scientific community as a source of INFALLIBLE information, because we were taught as kids to TRUST science as such. But the truth is that humans make errors. Presidents make errors, kings make errors, doctors make errors, so can a scientist or archaeologist make an error?
If the carbon-dating method is completely inaccurate, much of science's theories of the history of our earth are debunked. And the question of how long is takes nature to produce oil is still open (maybe it only takes a few thousand years), but the problem of our oil supply remains because we BURN IT ALL UP IN ONLY A COUPLE HUNDRED YEARS!

I am a Christain, & I believe in a prehistoric world, Now Christains, hang onto your pants, There was a Prehistoric world, This is where Christains & Science can agree, In Gen. 9:1 God told Noak to REPLINISH the earth, REPLINISH means to fill it up AGAIN, in Gen. 1:28 God also Told Adam & Eve To REPLINISH the earth, which means to fill it up again. During the prehistoric time. That was a time of testing the angelic beings & the animal kingdom & the cave man & cave woman. Now none of these, even the cave man or woman did NOT have a soul. Adam & Eve was the first 2 that had a soul. In the prehistoric time, I see Dinasours, & all kind of Giant animals, that lasted many millions of yrs. & at the end of the Prehistoric time, God Judged that time period, causing a Great Ice Age, to kill off all animals. I see God taking this planet far enough away from the sun to cause this earth to freeze up, & after many millions of yrs. God began to slowly bring this earth back into a relationship with the sun to warm it up to once again bring forth life. That ONE word REPLINISH can Change the whole picture. So the fossil we have today, is that of the prehistoric time period. Why do you think under the ice in the north & south pole they have discovered palm trees under the ice, This planet at one time had a perfect climate, & it will again after the Milliennium will once again have a perfect climate. Science today are worry about global warming, little do they know God is now beginning to warm this planet up for that perfect climate once again.

when the early days humans used to go to river bank for a ****. They select the river banks because its easy for the washing and they can use the water as mirror to see the feeling when its happening. They just relax and enjoy the birds singing ...actually they had a very relaxed s||it than the modern humans.
So this load of s||it's eventually gathered on the banks and later stage ..after billion years...
oil is from the rivers of the past ....

During the upheaval of the flood everything that was on the surface of the ground was berried. Under a lot of pressure oil was made, and when we add a little more pressure we get coal, and then add heat, and you get diamonds.
