Granola and whole grains. Whole grain bran and oats are very good for a high fiber diet. Many granola cereals contain nuts. Nuts contain "good fats" and fiber that help reduce cholesterol.

All-Bran but most people admit that the cardboard packaging has more appeal than the cereal itself - go for a museli and add dired apricots if you want to up your fibre

muesli, most probably. or uncle toby's fruit and nut mix( or something like that. if still unsure, check the nutritional info.
