Granola and whole grains. Whole grain bran and oats are very good for a high fiber diet. Many granola cereals contain nuts. Nuts contain "good fats" and fiber that help reduce cholesterol.
Add fruit and vegetables - and drink plenty of water - and you've got a heart healthy diet.

All-Bran but most people admit that the cardboard packaging has more appeal than the cereal itself - go for a museli and add dired apricots if you want to up your fibre
