I am 24 and 5'11'', Only 59kg's weight and very lean. I would want to gain some muscle weight very quickly, help required.. Thanx buddies.

They say "you are what you eat". So if you want to get muscular you need to eat muscle tissue. If you want to get big and beefy then adding more beef steaks to your diet would be a good idea.

Whey protein is another great source of protein to build muscle tissue.

a high protein diet with a creatine supplement and only as much cardio as necessary while keeping your weight training to max weight with low reps will allow you to build muscle quickly without resorting to more expensive or possibly damaging supplements.
