T'estimo which is Catalan and is spoken in the North East of Spain around Barcelona.
Te queiro which is Spanish.
Ich Liebe Dich which is German.
Qubang which is Klingon.

I've got some more written down somewhere but don't have access to them right now. Of course, not that it's of any use to me as I've got nobody to say "I Love You" to :-(
