Caffeine is a substance in coffee that most people know about, but few know of the tannic acid that is in the brew--the same that is in tea.

You can buy de-caffeinated coffee any time of the week, but that does not mean the tannic acid has been taken out.

I enjoyed coffee through the years, but now abstain because of religious reasons. Having revealed information about "hot drinks" from the Lord is sufficient for me to stay away from coffee and tea.

No! I have many friends who have had health problems (sore joints in particular) associated with drinking coffee and as soon as they quit the coffee, their health improved dramatically.

I love coffee too. But sad to say it not the best thing to do to your body. they say it increase the chance for heart attack, and stoke.

Anything in the entire world can be bad for you (yes even exercise).

The key word is moderation. If you're drinking ten cups within an hour then obviously it won't do you any good.

There's many foods and drink classed as being bad for that have qualities if in moderation can be good for you.

hot coffee is not good for you .
but coffee has also some advantages for example if have something to do and in order to do that you dont want to sleep
because of it's caffin it will be helpful.

I enjoy coffee...and, i think its good for my mental health...cause it wakes me up and gives me alittle lift when i am tired...
