So I don't like coffee and all I wanted this morning was a hot chocolate from one of those machines that despences hot chocolate. I got on there a few days ago it was yummy. But the one this morning sucks! I has no taste to it. Basically I got some nice brown water! What a bummer! I'm going to the companies website to complain! Sorry this wasn't a question more of an outrage!

If you dont tell the company they will not be aware of the problem. Most company's have Consumer Departments and value your feedback if your calm and reasonable.
Let them know before I go to get my hot chokky from the same machine.

Relax and chill down if you start off with a bad morning then change your bad morning to a good one make the hot chocolate yourself :)

that's what I'm saying! every time i buy hot chocolate from any store the taste is different every time! i think it must be very hard to get hot chocolate to be consistent! i to am not a coffee drinker but i love some hot chocolate!!!!
