I just picked up "Monty Python Sings" CD. The "Galaxy Song" is a bit risque don't you think?

Hehehe...I dunno, I think the Galaxy Song is pretty mind-boggling when you listen to it. The Pythons were masters of comic song when it comes down to it - Every Sperm Is Sacred is a peerless poke at Catholic attitudes to sex, All Things Dull and Ugly is a nice twist on a classic hymn, Sit On My Face is (ahem) breathlessly outspoken for its time, and the whole Life of Brian appeared to annoy lots of people despite the fact that its plain enough it's not intended as blasphemy, but rather bubble-popping...

Damn. Leant my copy of Monty Python Sings to a pal more than a year ago...Want it back now!
:oD

YES, what Old School said. LOL
I love monty python! If you are sensitive to risque things, you probably should leave Monty Python stuff to the bold and naughty people. LOL

I think with monty python it's kinda the point-listen to 'every sperm is sacred' on the meaning of life for an example...

What wasn't about Monty Python !

Look up "The Meaning of Life" the movie.

This is just what they like to do...

Yeah... but pretty mild compared to some of their other stuff they did. Life of Brian and The Meaning of Life come to mind.

Not really, compared to some of the other work they did. Like, for instance, the entire work The Life Of Brian.

Facts are risque? No. 'Sit on my Face' is a tad risque.
