there is always a reason for everything to happen the way it does even though the purpose may be beyond our kin. this may not be the only period of time we have existed in or ever will live in and we may be here for learning and teaching experiences. we are not a physical body having a spiritual experience but rather a spiritual body having a physical experience.

I believe I'm here for a reason but I have no clue what that reason might be. I believe it's because I will play a part in the big picture that God has - it may be a microscopic part but that is enough for me. I believe the circumstances in my life make me who I am and who he wants me to be as he tests and stretches my beliefs.

1) Reason: My parents conceived me.
2) Why I was born (some years ago): Because it was enough time after conception.
3) Because of the circumstances of the world.

There are days when it is very difficult for me to see that i have purpose and there are times am excited about something i have done and am excited that i was around to do it.
I think purpose is the most difficult thing to understand especially when circumstances dictate otherwise, but i usually say am here why not make the best of it whether i have the understanding of purpose or not.

my parents were controlled by the sun and moon, and didn't know it
I'm a solstice baby, and born on equinox, my other siblings same thing, concieved around summer solstice born around spring equinox, I am autumn
my kids concieved around Valentines Day, born on Halloween..go figure
the reason? hormones and bright futures
now the US population and birthrates going down with our future outlook, bleak and falling
by our actions we are showing a lack of faith in our futures...during other periods many kids were born...now? average of 2 or less per parent, or none for those who can abort as it is considered an inconvenience in our selfish society to reproduce and make copies of yourself to live on and continue life

Yes, as I see the hand that guided and planned all the situations and circumstances of my life, I am grateful.
Life is a test and a trust, and we were made by God, for God.
To glorify Him.

If I knew I wouldn't tell cos everybody would think I am crazy.
But yes I believe we came for a purpose though many of us have forgotten. But the purpose is there, deep in the hearts of everyone, and its up to us to find out how to retrieve it.

"The chief end of man is to glorify God."
To have relationship with him and further his purposes.
Read "The Purpose-Driven Life" by Rick Warren. It addresses and clearly states the meaning of life.
