If so, do you use 3%, 5% or some other mixture? Thanks...

I don't think I would use that in my mouth at all... That can get into your bloodstream...
Get crestwhite strips..they really work and can make your teeth as white as snow.
Use scope or listerine to rinse in your mouth. I know they are safe... I use hydrogen peroxide on cuts and scrapes because its so powerful for healing.. But never in our mouths or tongues

Add some baking soda to the peroxide and you can brush your teeth with it. The baking soda is the abrasive to take the tartar & plaque off the teeth and the peroxide is the germ killer/whitener.

But if you just want to rinse the 3% peroxide will be fine you need to use it everyday twice a day on the average you should see results in about 4 weeks, because the peroxide is diluted and not as harsh as the products out there now. White strips, bleachers, etc. Result vary from person to person depending on how bad their teeth are stained. Please remember DO NOT swallow the peroxide.

Rinsing with standard 3% hydrogen peroxide wont do anything for your teeth, but maybe cleanse them. You can buy the higher strengths from your dentist. Crest whitening strips are very effective.

Just go to the dentist. Peroxide is usually used in the mouth to cleanse a "wound" like an ulcer or a cut from biting your lip or cheek. If you look at the label, it has those instructions printed right on there but I wouldn't use it to whiten them...

I don't think it's true. Hydrogen peroxide is used to bleach body hair. So I can't see it having the same effect on a completely different body material. Plus...what could it do to your mouth, tongue ...etc.

I don't think it's a good idea to try this. See your dentist about your teeth.

You might want to find food grade hydrogen peroxide, as the stuff they sell for external use only is not healthy if you swallow it.

Yes, you will use 3%. It is also good to clean your bathroom and hundreds of other uses. Use it the full strength to whiten your teeth.
