My mom and dad say they dont know yet and my mom said well you should have talked to her before and I was like mom she was like we will see and I want one by

Whoa there girlie- slow down a bit...
You and your parents need to think this through.
It takes time to pick out just the right one. You wouldn't want to "settle" for just any puppy now. You want one that really matches up with you.
And adopt one from the shelter-you will have saved it's life and it will be ever SO grateful to you and your family.

For what reason would you ever "need" a puppy that quickly? 3 hours does not give you any time to research the breed, spend time with the puppy to see if it is a good fit, etc. I think you are being a bit ridiculous.

Maybe you and your parents need to sit down and talk to you about this. 3 Hours??? Why do you need one so quickly? You need to slow down on this one. You shouldn't just go out and grab a puppy because it is cute. You need to think about the bred of dog you are getting, is your yard fenced in, make sure the dog you get fits with your life style and everyone in your family agree on the bred you choose.

Call all shelters and societies within 1-2 hours driving distance and ask if they have puppies. Most likely they will not tho since puppies are harder to come by and will be on waiting lists.

You should get a copy of your local paper and the want ads. Look for people giving away puppies.

Try looking in the classified section of your local newspaper. You should be able to call one of those numbers up and get a puppy ASAP!

Animal shelter would probably be your best bet or looking in the newspaper in the classified section. Or maybe a pet shop.

Look for stray ones roaming the streets with no collar and take them home and clean them up.That's the cheapest thing.Try calling people in the classifieds who are selling dogs.
