May i suggest that you start over fresh and make a trip to the barber shop and get that hair all shaved off and clean that scalp up.

I am a barber and thought this thing out. I've seen what your describing but need more info. Is is crusty? Does it have scabs? If none of these, you probably just need to wash your hair more often and rinse well. Take a soft hairbrush (a baby hairbrush works best) and lightly scrub your scalp while washing. Sounds like you have a build up of oil, dirt and shampoo. Good luck.

Well maybe it will help if you try buying the right shampoo that is right for your head another possibility is it could be growing dandruff making your hair grow what i would do is try out these two options then if this does not work go to the doctor

Try using a clarifying shampoo. This will get rid of any buildup you have on your hair. If you scalp it itchy, you might have head lice. They can be smothered and killed with a heavy application of olive oil on your scalp. Leave it on at least 15 minutes. After you shampoo, comb your hair with a flea comb. If you had lice, you will be able to see them on the comb. You will also need to clean your pillowcase, towels, bedding, hats, etc. etc.

But the best advice is to see a doctor, pay attention to what the doc says, and take the medication as directed.

Apply Lemon juice on the scalp massage for 5 to 10 mins and leave it for another 15 mins before you shampoo your hair.

If you can get a cut, do that first, then wash well and apply Vaseline to your head. Let that sit for as long as possible, then wash vigorously.
