No, I do not agree with you- you are probably very young and have not had time in your life to know without a doubt that there is God, the creator of life.

I like to think of "god" in the way the Existentialists did - - that man creates god in his own image. But if you want to equate "life itself" with "god," I'm not sure you gain or loose anything. If someone wants to believe that the moon is made of cheese or that little green people live on Mars, they're free to do so. It's the same with the concept of "god."

It's interesting to me how so many people somehow see "god" in "beautiful" images, like in a sunset or a mountain meadow. But if "god" is everything, then they should appreciate the "god" content in a pile of maggot-infested dog droppings equally as much as they do in a rainbow. But they often don't.

So if you're willing to include EVERYTHING that life is, from a new born baby to cancer, with "god," then at least you're being consistent.

there is a good movie out there called "what the bleep do we know." its an interesting documentary on quantum physics. it explains that the observer creates that which is observed, so if that is true our presence and awareness creates our reality, so in effect we are god. i agree that god is in the life itself. creation never stops, when we are not observing something it is in perfect chaotic stasis that has all potentialities at once. until we observe it. then our thoughts beliefs defines reality to what we observe. so by observing it we create it.

to a certain extent i agree. gods are the manifestation of our physical surroundings and help the human mind comprihend their surroundings and make sense out of things they do not understand.

the idea there is no HIGHER POWER is definately wrong in my opinion as I believe there has been nor will there ever be any mortal who can create the things we see in nature and all the various glories when are in the sky.

I guess it's a question of semantics. If you HAVE to say something is God, your definition makes as much sense as anything else.

One thing is sure: there is no omnipotent, omniscient being that deserves our worship. If he exists, he doesn't need us to kiss his ***

God is a feeling, not a being. God is waking up each day, not a figure you meet when you die. Yes, I agree with you.

If there is no god, and God is life, then is there any life at all? Or is there life only in God? It is something to ponder. If there is no God, then there is no life...
