Living in Israel would be the best way, I guess.
But you can also check Rosetta Stone's books- they are great, or check these sites:
http://www.hebrew-verbs.co.il/index.php
http://darkwing.uoregon.edu/~ylcflx/Aleph-Bet/
http://perso.orange.fr/babel-site/ivrit.htm
http://foundationstone.com.au/OnlineHebrewTutorial.html

After you'll get the basis of the language, I recommend you to correspond with anyone who speak the language properly. You can contact me through Yahoo, if you'll like.

If you really want to learn Hebrew-find a synagogue and check on classes there. Or, a Jewish school in your area will teach it.
Note: There are usually two types of classes offered. One is Hebrew for reading Torah and prayers, and one for conversational Hebrew. Make sure you get in the right class.

You love Hebrew but you don't know it? How come?
Is it Hebrew you love or have you fallen in love with someone who speaks Hebrew.

Try a language learning tool like Rosetta Stone. They seem to be one of the more effective ones out there. www.rosettastone.com
