It's a cross between a Maltese Terrier and a Poodle, for example, may be advertized as either a "Maltipoo" or a "Moodle".
I would say small, but not toy size

It sounds like a poodle x maltese.
If thats the case it would be a small house dog.

We have a ten month old noodle puppy, she is poodle x maltese. She is an amazing dog, perfect size i think she's probably crossed with toy. Very intelligent, easily trained, great companion.
Hope this helped
