Embassies and consulates are extensions of the state. Thus, you are under Estonian exterritory.

You would probably have to claim asylum in the consulate in order to have any chance of falling under estonian laws.

You would also need to check what extradition arrangements the US has with estonia if you feel you need to take advantage of this.

the Estonian embassy is considered Estonian and under its law and jurisdiction. the u.s. government has not rights on other countries embassies or consulates.

yes you do so if ure in the crap in estonia i suggest you stay away if ure in the crap in the US i suggest u run like hell to the embassy to get amunity
