If your scalp is not oily by nature, then start using some hair oil- ( preferably perfumed coconut oil which will not make the hair stiff in Germany's winter days), gently massaging it on your scalp five minutes before your bath.
But if it is oily in nature and itchy, then use half a fresh lime's juice on the scalp massaged 15 mins before bath twice a week ; use some mild shampoo once a week.
Alternatively you can try about a table spoon of sour card(yoghurt) and termeric powder made into a smooth paste and apply gently on the scalp half an hour before bath once a week- washing it off with light shampoo.
Keep a close-cropped hair style.
Avoid combing your hair frequently.
These have worked for me ; may be they will be good for you as well.

Buy some pre-natal vitamins from your grocery store. They are what pregnant women take - they are great for your skin, hair and nails. They have added nutrients that other vitamins are missing that pregnant women need. They are wonderful. I take them instead of a daily vitamin. Your doctor will agree.

A very good idea indeed is to use herbal remedies. It is brilliant. I make my own shampoos and conditioners after a lot of research. Use herbal oils and dried herbs to create your own stuff! It is very simple. The website is :
