I don't see the relevancy in the thrice Dramboor. But I
have had dreams that came true. It's called Deja Vu.

You like to speak in rhyme don't you? If you dream three times in a row it does not mean it will come true. Unless that is how you have prophetic dreams. It may only be an issue that you need to work out and it is taking longer than just one dream state. Wait and see if it comes true then you may say three times equals prophecy

there are certain things which anyone can see for the future. in the movie " The Shadow " there was a quote I think which may help you. " The clouded mind sees nothing. " if you think about this we as mortals have clouded minds as we really see nothing in certain areas. predicting the future accurately all the time is one of these areas. there are dreams I've had I wish would come true and many others I'm glad that didn't.

Well, we have free will, so no we can't see what is to be.
If you wanna contest that, put together a lyapunov exponent greater than one with wavefunction collapse in the brain, and you have free will explained in terms of natural phenomena. :)
