I have a problem with a game I just ordered please help me I have been charged twice?

I ordered the game faries on aug 18 there was a small problem then but I did get the game to work. this order was taken off my accouct 8/21. the #866 562 722cm was on the deduction. It was deducted again on 8/21 with the same # . I have not ordered again but would like to. Could you take the second billing off?

I assume you ordered it from Yahoo, but you need to email them, as they probobally don't read Yahoo Answers.
