The best feeling in the world to me is when my girlfriend touches me, makes the first move to hold my hand (especially in public), makes a point to move from where she is sitting to sit beside me, when she walks past me and runs her finger through my hair. Basically, when she does anything to initiate her desire to be close to me puts a warm feeling of happiness though out my soul.

Actually while a soldier in combat one was a HOT shower..another the plane flying you home clears hostile airspace
as a father being there for the births of my 3 kids. as an umpire calling a excellent game and have someone you respect tell you so.. as a lover many 1st kiss with the love of your life, finding the love of your life..all shared pleasures a favorite of mine was sitting nude in front of a nice fire and pumicing the dry skin off of my lady's feet and rubbing lotion into the exposed new skin very sensual!!too many to list being the best man you can possibly be..helping someone in distress and walking away unknown not wanting or needing recognition

i think the best feeling in the world has got to be love..and knowing that the same person loves you just as much in return...but if someone loves you and makes you laugh alot then thats a definate bonus..

to c ur dream come true.when i got married to my boyfriend after a hell lot of troubles and family problems.as i come from a conservative family background i cannot make my own decisions. there were problems arising related to my inlaws.anywayz when i got married to my boyfriend that was the best feeling in the world to me.it was really lovely

Arriving at my sister's home after 8 hours of waiting,the flight,car journey and flopping down with a cup of tea,knowing I have 2 weeks with her and her family.

For me...knowing that the man that I love also loves me and tries everything to make me happy. When all he has to do is stand there and I am happy. Unconditionally loving me and accepting all of my faults and moving on.

when you see the smile of 1 person coming out from deep inside him, and you know that this happiness is made by your help.. specially when you joke with new born baby... i love to do see this smile with my 3 years old nephew.. also when 1 of my patient feels grateful for helping him or her..

Laughing so much it hurts is great. You can nearly smell the endorphins it feels so good. I like waking up and realising I'm not hungover.
