A previous correspondent stated that the Freedom of Information Act would allow you access to anyones records...this is wrong as the Freedom of Information Act is linked into the Data Protection Act so is not freely accessible to just anyone, else our country security would be a risk...!!
You can't access the information you are asking about without good reason and personally I am having difficulty in thinking of a reason you would have that would be sufficient to gain this info

search the county or court circuit specific, some states post it, some don't... washington state it's all there by name, case Id, etc.

NY state, nothing on line. Midwest states are only as good as the clerks that run them. Chicago you have to ask permission to access the site and get approved before you get in. If they have them they are free, as they are city or county funded web sites.

some states allow you to see it but majority don't alot on web cost to get the information for just cents i know the web sites actually end with .org so try typing in your state and court/records should give you the information you need.also do a advanced google search which will eliminate some of the search you can also try this http://search.yahoo.com/

if you know the state and county you can try the clerk of courts for that county most have a website you can go to. Or you can try legaltrek.com

under the " freedom of information act" you can go to the courts and request anyone records
