if the devil wanted to cause pain to mankind, wouldnt the best way to do it be as appearing as the son of god or as a phrophet, and get all these people worked up about religion, so much so that MILLIONS of people will die in wars over the thousands of years, and all these wars are fought in the name of religion.
Wouldnt god ( if there is one) not want us to be killing each other? The Devil is devious, supposedly!

Well it could be that although this WAS the genuine Son of God, the outcome (ie religious wars etc over faith) was promoted by the devil. It could also be argued that the devil engineered the Son's death at the hands of man. But not all religions that believe in God also believe in the devil - more the fallibility of man

Life is a test. Everyone has been created differently on different levels, different intellect, colour, nathionality, beauty, some are rich some are poor, some are ill etc. etc. People and countries will always be competing with one another to be dominant in terms of social, economical and political aspects. But those who believe that they have been created by a supreme being who is far above His creation, who sees, hear and knows everything and there is nothing like Him and that He is the only one who has the right to be worshipped alone by following the teachings of His chosen Prophets/Messengers, will be fair and just and tolerant with each other. And contentmant, peace and harmony will prevail in the world.
Mankind have been created with clay/dust, Angels from light an devils from smokeless fire. Devils mission after being thrown out of paradise and inciting/suggesting Adham and Eve to disobey God/Allah by eating the fruit from the tree which thay were forbiden to do, the devil was thrown out and mankind was put on earth to dwell and live. So devil made a promise and God allowed it as a test for humanity, that the devil will lead astray those who are weak and wish to live as they please following their whims and desires and disbelieving in God and His Prophets. Thinking that Mankind is in no need of revelation to live and judge by on earth. So they set up their own system and laws thinking it will bring peace and happiness, yet it only brings about corruption as we see. Racism, Murder, Rape, Drug Abuse, Fornication, Adultery, Interest based transaction, disrespec to parents, injustice etc. etc. But God/Allaah permitted this to happen as a test to see who believes and worships Him and follows His teachings and who doesn't even though He knows everything and where one will end up. But to be just and fair, He has given us all an intellect and free will to live our lives as we please. But, ultimately our return is to Him. So killing and murder is prevalent due to the fact that people don't believe they wil be held responsible. Life is a test.

the devil is real and this is exactly what he will do:
-he will appear to the world as the awaited messaih
-he will gather the world into one government and one religion
-he will make sure that everyone have his mark under the skin of the right hand or the forehead
-he will bring the peace that the world long for...
Only to reveal his true nature and ask to be worshipped as God
The only danger is ....
Everything is already in place for these events to unfold.....
His spirit lives in London...

Satan is an angel that went against God, angels are made of light.
The best Satan can do is do his best to mislead people (and seems to be doing a good job,by the things happening in the world)
People have free wills and can decide to go to war or not.
God has a plan, we dont know what that is.

the devil is devious indeed but he doesnt have God's powers, the Prophets of God are protected from the devil, he can't come near them or appear in their form.

he wouldn't need to appear as a prophet...he's already inside each and one of us. Sins are his manifestions of evil. The evil thought that sometimes is given in away from the conscience (angel's voice) is the Devil's work. Abuse of Nuclear Power exemplifies my statement. So many countries are fueled by greed of power (Devil's ideas in the mind) that they ause the rights...
