GE Service centers in & around Delhi & Gurgaon?

Question

Is there any service centers in and around Delhi and Gurgaon? I want to service my GE DVD player brought from the US. Player works fine with CDs but not with DVDs. Suddenly, it stopped responding for DVDs.

before doing anything, why don't you try cleaning its laser? there are 2 major cleaning disks on the market, the ones that "dry clean" the device,and the ones that use special liquids. in your case, i would try the liquid cleaners (stronger, but also more expensive...). next, try to find the manual of the device and its guarantee. it will provide you with a phone and/or email to communicate with the customer care.

GE- Consumer Electronics division is not operational in India

check ur player whether its DVD or not..if yes use the CD cleaner..if the problem still persists..check with other DVD..if still persists..contact local reputed repairer..
