just want to know is there any software that enables me to capture a video while playing and also save it as a video file.?
or a software that can capture what i am doing on my pc and save it as a video,....

any authoring program will capture. I use Roxio EZ Media Creator. Nero should do it also.
but: playing what kind of vidio and playing it on what player and what is the source of the video?

get yourself adobe premiere. its what i use.
i record on my video recorder, save it on adobe preimiere which i use to edit, add effects and export files into any format i want, avi, mp4, mp3, wav. ect.
