The best present you can give him is yourself in black thigh high stockings and heels and black over the elbow satin gloves. Make sure you accessorize with a bib necklace and matching earrings. I guarantee you he will NEVER forget this particular birthday.

Buy something that everything he saw the present that remind you always. It don't have to be expensive. Somthing cheap will do if you don't have much money.
If you gift is cheap, i advice that, you buy a good looking wrapper or boxes. This will add more colour to your gift, it show what kind of person and your sincerity.
What comes from your heart is that count.
Love is a lasting forever thing. So take your time. and no rush. Boys look at 2 things, prettiness and good personality. You know what pretty is. Good personality is the way u act and speak and how u behave yourself, also how u conduct yourself. They often look for good qualities. This is quite a tough area to improve. In other words, if they like u, means they really like u. If not, then, don't be sad and give up like others do, maybe there's still a chance u can improve. All the best to u.

when my (then boyfriend, now hubby) turned 24 i took him to dinner and the next day i suprised him with chili peppers tickets.
concert tickets.....a great gift
when he turned 25 we were pretty broke & i had his car detailed for a gift
