I mean, Christians and Muslims in particular go on and on about the evils of atheism. Atheists aren't blowing themselves up in public places, but Muslims are. In fact, nearly all the world's major conflicts at the moment involve religion in some way - Iraq, Afghanistan, southern Thailand, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Somalia, etc.
The fact is that the most extreme version of the atheist viewpoint is this: "I don't believe in God" No holy books or clerics to tell us to go out in kill in the name of "no God"
So, let's set the record straight, shall we?

yes it is very sad that there are those extremists out there that have totally mis-interpreted the bible... i just dont know how they are reading the same bible that i am because all i see in the bible is love and how to love and be good to others...
God loves us and wants us to be with him forever... he created us all and all he wants is a personal relationship with his children.
"For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him" John 3:16-17
Now thats actual verses from the bible and thats what the bible's all about... not hate and killing... there is just some people out there that for some reason or another mis-interpret it mysteriously... i still dont get how... i ask myself that question often... i mean you would have to be a bit sick in the head to get anything hateful from that huh?
