STD is sexually transmitted disease. You MUST give her something better.
Warning: Some STDs can cause a lifetime of problems. Take her to the doctor. You should see one yourself as well. Cause if it gets worse, need I say anything? And what if she passes it to you? That's not pretty.
I wish you and your girlfriend the best of luck. I've read about STD and trust me, you're gonna need all the good luck you can get.

You are reacting in a very silly, immature way. Now that you know what it is, why would you want to give something like that away?
If your girlfriend still has it, then bring her to the doctor otherwise both of you will be doomed.

Hey guys, it's bad news, "STD" means sexually transmitted
diseases, such syphilis, gronohrrea, herpes and the like. It's
very difficult to cure these diseases completely.
Your girlfriend must have contracted the dreadful disease when
she had sexual intercourse with her ex-boyfriend who must
have done it on purpose to her and he very cruelly gave her
the "STD" gift.
I suggest that you take her immediately to see a medical specialist in skin diseases for a thorough check-up and
remedy for complete cure.
In the meantime, no sex with her yet. If you really wanted to,
then use a reliable condom against infection of the disease.
