Well Kwel has given a detailed answer to what the people teaching Art of Living Say.

But This is not based on Bhagavad Gita or Vedic culture.
They teach a Breathing exercise. but its only on the Bodily level or at max to the mind level..
But Bhagavad Gita immidiately rejects this level stating that you are Spirit Soul.
Human life is meant to revive the Duty of the Soul and not to waste in making a better body.

On top of it this Breathing exercise if Patent and also described that it was manufactured by Ravi Sanker.

Vedic Knowledge is based on Teaching of God and is free. So please don't waste your time and money on such things.

It is a marketing ploy used by 'lifestyle' gurus like Anthony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Phil to trick you into thinking you need their help to have a 'better life'.

Why do they want to teach you the 'art of living'? For financial gain. ******. The art of living is non-existant. There is no art to life.
