As of May 21 2002, most people holding a BDTC passport automatically became British citizens. This is when the British Citizenship provision of the British Overseas Territories Act 2002 came into force. The exceptions to this were those whose BDTC status derives solely from their connection with the sovereign base areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia in Cyprus. Therefore if someone for example was a British Dependent Territories Citizen or British overseas Citizen as a result of living in Gibraltar, they are automatically British citizen with the Right of Abode in the UK which means they are free to live and work in the UK. However anyone obtaining or who has obtained a different catagory of British nationality after May 21st 2002 will not automatically be British Citizens with the Right of Abode. They may however make an application to change their British Status. But if you were any form of British Before May the 21st 2002, then youre automatically a British citizen from that date. Next time you renew your passport, you will be given Full British Citizenship. Even if you don't renew youre passport, your still a british Citizen.

The other forms of British "Nationality" are being phased out - previously, they would allow a person to live in the UK but not any more and not likely in the future. If you want to live permanently in the UK best to try one of the other avenues.

The resources (land, infrastructure, farming etc) of the UK only support a population of 30 million but we have 60+ million here now. We are over capacity, so your answer is when our population gets below 50 million.
Your real question should be - we do not have enough food and resources to support the population who should we be removing and on what grounds?

The whole system should be reviewed. We are giving too many people a passport, this country is going to pot because of it.

What exactly would you like to know? Is it that the categories you list do not have residence rights and should be granted them?
