I have heard filezilla is good what do you think?

I use FileZilla for my work. It is an Open-Source FTP which works quite well and it is free also.

try cuteFTP, its good
otherwise you can use your Internet Explorer to FTP Stuff, might be a bit slow, but its ok. for IE to work you will have to make some small changes to your settings in IE, like Tools-Internet Options, Advanced Tab, under browsing, make sure that you un-check the option of Use Passive FTP... this will come at the end of browsing option in advanced tab

Total Commander is a good choice.... It's a shareware prog, but fully functional..
This is a filemanager for windows and has builtin features like:
ZIP, ARJ, LZH, RAR, UC2, TAR, GZ, CAB, ACE archive handling + plugins
FTP client with FXP + more

I use Ability FTP and it works great and is easy to setup accounts and what not. Also lets you setup folders to access different drives. Does logging and other good stuff.
