Do you have "that" awareness of GOD,pray directly to GOD,ask him to send you a tearcher to teach you the truth. he will do so. be alert ,the teacher may not be what you expect but you will know God sent them.

No.
It isn't about being afraid and it isn't about making a wrong choice. If somebody makes a real commitment to one god or another they will then shop around until they find a way of expressing it in a way that works best for them. Even if that means eventually shunning all established religions and simply believing in their god without doing it in a temple of some kind.
And contrary to what the sadly uninformed try to tell you, atheism is an entirely different kettle of fish. Atheism isn't about an inability to choose between different religions, it's a rejection of all religions which results from the rejection of a belief in a god.
Belief in a god and religion are two very different things; the first is the cause and the second is the effect.
Issues about which religion to adopt are a problem only for those who believe in a god but don't know how best to go about doing something about it.

Dude, if you think about it long enough, you will realize that even though we all believe in different god's and in different story's, it all leads up to the same thing. A higher power. Something that created all life. And sure i suppose people might get a bit worried that they are not choosing the right religion, but what difference does it make? It all come down to the same thing, doesn't it? One thing that created the universe and all life. For some its God, foe some its Buda and so forth.

Yes I do believe this.. I also believe that people are afraid to join the "Wrong Church". And be put down by society. One should pick a religon with your heart. What feels good and right to you. What fills your needs, not what someone else thinks you should do.

l believe that every human heart feels a tug from God and that it is always up to the individual to choose God or to ignore his promptings. Some might want to use confusion as an excuse but the truth is they'd have rejected God's call to their hearts at some point in life.

It is confusing, different denominations have different beliefs. I suggest reading the bible and asking God to help you understand it. Then try a church which comes closest to your belief, you may never completely agree on every small point but try to agree on the most important things.
