A field mouse decided to make it's home in my car, but I cannot get rid of it!
I have tried cat's, poison, and traps..............What should I try?????

From observation, that mouse may have decided to stay there primarily because it is close to a source of food as well as a convenient shelter. The solution could be as simple as thoroughly cleaning the car (in case the food source is inside) or relocating it's parking area (it could be close to a food source like a trash bin or something).
Another possible way is to find a healthy, domesticated cat... and then, let nature take its course.
Chemicals may ruin your car interiors or affect your health later on.

Annoying mice
When mobile home is closed for winter, place dryer sheets on all beds, tucked into chairs and sofa, in drawers, wherever mice like to nest. Also useful for stored cars. Use where back meets the seat and on the dash.
No more mice
To keep mice out of your camper, put some peppermint oil on a cotton ball and put on a cap on the floor where mice can come in. Keeps the mice away and the camper has a nice smell.

There are some machines that transmit ultrasounds that send mice away. Try that. Let the door of the car open and leave it there.
