Hitler was insane in many ways, which was fortunately, as otherwise we may have lost. He was also a product of his time, in the belief it was the fault of the Kaiser and his financial backer, who happen to be Jews, for their surrender during WWI. At the time, there was no radio communication, so one battlefield did not know what was going on in another. Each division was told everyone else was advancing, so why weren't they? They were told they were winning, so when suddenly there was a surrender, they felt betrayed. Than came the depression, with runaway inflation, and money being reprinted every two weeks.
Finally, was he ever approached by someone with the offer to come unto Jesus? Did he ever have the opportunity to repent? Catholic priest blessed the weapons used by the solders, so he didn't have a good example. It is not what he did that will decide his fate, but what was truly in his heart, and whether it is based on Bible knowledge or some other belief all together.
That may not be the answer you want, but consider some of the terrible things our own leaders have done over the centuries.
Finally, remember, there are no words in the oldest scrolls of the Bible that translate as Hell or Hell fire, and it is never proper to wish harm on anyone, regardless of what we think of their actions.
