Being married should have no affect on exercise of any kind, unless you are having so much in the way of marital relations that you are too tired.

Even a pregnant woman may be able to do some aerobic exercise under her doctor's guidance.

Sure, my mom used to do all sorts of aerobics classes, untill we moved to Italy

aerobics should be avoided by married women, after all they have bagged their man so why bother trying anymore....might as well stay at home and eat icecream
