There is any chance to grow after twenties..with out side effects please?

one of my friend is above 20 years. He is just 5.3 feets. He wants to grow

basically the growth of human body stops this time especially in height gaining. bone structure may grow maximum to 25 years.but he is having sufficient height and this is a matter of some mind set up.a huge and gigantic figure wont help him for anything especially and he may be feeling a security in being a giant,which is a wrong notion..he may get certain advantages in some professions or games. if he is basketball player or a professional wrestler it is an advantage. or if he is modeling it is a plus point. but in the modern world the size is not an actual advantage and your personality and basically the brain power important than body power.best thing is to look into the details of worlds topmost great men scientists ,artists and politicians like that. they are not big in size or beautiful in a sense of looks.intelligence matter much not looks.he is having sufficient height and no need of trying for more.there is some method in Russia like breaking the bones in the legs and increasing the height little. it may get 1 or 2 inch maximum with lot of disadvantages,which is basically useless. just try to arrange his mind set up.Napoleon , Hitler Jesus.Buddha mohd and Socrates were short guys and height is not at all a matter for achieving a higher wisdom and success and personality level in life.

I am afraid he will have to settle for growing spiritually. Most persons stop getting taller in their late teens. Let him expand in spirit and mind. There is no limit to how he can increase in those areas.

No, not really. Your bones stop growing in your late teens. It sucks for us short guys. I'm 5' 7" tall myself.
