He decided to check out both shops. He went to the East shop and it was so messy and the barber had a messy cut himself, so he went into the West barber shop and it was clean and the barber had hair of a movie star. Where would the man get his hair cut from?
2. A boy saw two roads that split opposite directions and each road leads to a town, one is lietown where evryone lies and truthtown where everyone is always telling the truth. There was a girl in the fork of the two roads and the boy knew she was from either lietown or truthtown. He had to ask only one question to know where to go. What question should he ask?

1. The East barber shop, coz a barber cant cut his own hair so he had his hair cut at the west one who cant do a good hair cut, and vice versa..
2. which way is your town? she'll give an answer, in both way she'll be talking about the truth town coz if she's from it then she's saying the truth n if she's from lietown then she's lying!

1. The east barber shop. the east barber can't cut his own hair so da messy haircut is done by the west barber shop. plus, his shop was messy, which implies that his business is so good that he does not have the time to clean up until he closes shop.

1.The barber from the East shop 'coz he can't cut his own hair so, he decided to come to the West shop to let him cut his hair. and, the barber from the west also wanted someone to cut his hair, so, he decided to go to the East shop and had a hair of a movie star.
2. For me, I would ask the girl "Which way is the lietown?" And, if she answers left, I will go there and find out for myself if the people there are liars.

1. A barber can cut his own hair, just need practice so I would say the West barber because a clean guy wouldn't mess with a trashy one! Also, who says he gets his haircut in his own town?!
2. I would ask: "If you were a liar, would you say the first one is Truetown?". If she tells the truth she would say yes only if it's not and same thing for the liar. I would go to Lietown if it's just for a journey to spice my life up ;-)

You didn't specify - Where does the boy want to go?
Where is your home town? will do if he wants to go to truthtown. Either a truth-teling girl will tell the truth, or a lying girl will lie about her hometown.
