got several e mails from this Tony Jackson verified thru US dept of State and the US Secret Service no such person and 100% scam

This name is widely used as part of a "419" Nigerian scam. I hope you aren't going for this. If you send money to someone you do not know in person you will lose all you give.

He was assigned to which embassy? Or which country is he from? That would aid the search.
