It is good u hav found a good friend in this girl but it is not wise to tell her or even ask her out..
U need to step back....look at it from another angle...
Best to walk away before things get worse....
but i have a feeling u will not do this...u r going to ask her out....

You need to get a life and get out of hers, bub.
Sounds more like a case of "wanting what you know you can't have" and you need to let it go.
She's married and some states the husband can sue you in divorce court for alienation of affection and for causing the divorce.
