too much water is bad for you, about 2 litres is average and safe - not enough to start taking salts and vitamins you need in your system out, refill a 2 litre container every day from the tap and drink it (not all at once over the day) you dont need to buy posh water just use tap water - it's a good idea to have an isotonic drink on top of your water to replace what your going to unrinate/sweat that isn't just water but required minerals and salts

I haven't had a single glass of water in months. If you believe all these uneducated people, I'm dead!!

It is a MYTH that you need "8 glasses a day" (or more)! This was debunked, but people still parrot the old wives' tale like it's a must!

DRINK WHEN YOU'RE THIRSTY. PERIOD.

They say your weight divided by 2 in ounces. So if you weigh 120 you would need to drink 60 onces or just shy of 2 quarts.

They say that the best quantity is around 2 litres, but I think you should drink water whenever you are thirsty!

to make it easier than just saying two litres, think about having a small glass every hour. you should be fine then. And also check the colour of your urine. this is the best guide to whether you are adequatley hydrated. should be like water with a hint of lemon rather than tango orange!

hope this helps!!
