I need itunes help please.?

I have consolidated my library as suggested in itunes to enable me to save my video files to disc but I cant find these files and not sure what sort of files to look for.I can find nothing that looks possible to burn to disc.Can any one help please.

Have you clicked on the Video icon under Source?
