How is it dangerous, or are you worried that you will rape her? If your home is secure, and she is not spending a lot of time in front of open windows, than there is nothing wrong with it. If you have a home invader, intent on rape, it would not matter whether she was dressed or not.
This reminds me of a case where a woman wanted to spice up her wedding anniversary, so she posed nude, while a baker made her into a standing cupcake, complete with icing. She was delivered to the home, where her husband had been waiting for her to get there, because his and her parents and siblings can come by to help them celebrate. She was mortified at them seeing her that way, but he took the cue of what to do and began licking the icing off her, completely ignoring anyone else in the room. The family got up and promptly left.
I guess I should add that he had to stand in the back of the delivery truck, which got pulled over for speeding. The cops got an eye full.

She'll be safe as long as no one finds out about her habit and she keeps the doors locked and the curtains drawn. Guys will get the wrong idea if they find out she walks around nude. She'll get a lot of attention that she doesn't want. Someone may take some photos or movies and post them on the Internet. Big trouble.
1) Talk to her again.
2) Tell her folks.
Good luck.

If she enjoys being naked at home (or anyplace else that's appropriate), she has a right to do so. It's her body and she can cover or display it any way she wants.
If she's afraid that her parents would get upset with her nudity, getting dressed before they come home is an appropriate way to handle it. Of course, it's always possible that they'd come home sooner than expected, so a quick run into her room would be in order.
Other than that, she obviously enjoys her nakedness...you should, too.

listen You are a really good guy and I think you're doing your best to protect her. In my opinion you must have a heart-to-heart with her and tell her precisely why it is dangerous. I think she'll be smart enough to understand

What is so dangerous about it. People should be allowed to do whatever they want to in their own home.
