There are loads of places.
Try going to look at the London eye at night, all those fairy lights in the trees are so pretty.
Or go to St. Katherine's docks, near the Tower of London, lots of nice restaurants and lights around the water.
In the day time, try all the gorgeous parks, their for free, and lovely for a picnic, or a meal in one of the local restaurants. Or even the zoo, all those animals are so beautiful.
In the end, anywhere can be romantic, even a night at home, it's what you make of it that counts.

The Ice Bar, you have to book ahead though.
What could be more romantic than freezing temperatures - it encourages cuddling up to keep warm - and the vodka helps too!!
Visit www.belowzerolondon.com/ it's a fun and unusual place!

Bloomsbury. Gorgeous architecture, tree line streets, good restaurants and not too expensive.
