Good B&B in Chester with family rooms, in walking distance of the city centre?

There are plenty of good hotels in Chester, but avoid the big ones i.e. the Grosvener and the Blossoms as they are too expensive! There's loads of smaller hotels offering B&B which are out on the Hoole Road or towards the racecourse, but still within walking distance of the centre, which are cheaper and cater for families I'm afraid I can't remember the names of them though! Hope this helps :)
