Wear and tear. Probally your shocks are worn. If it's a really old model then it could be your leaf springs. Not sure without seeing it

It might be the cat knocking on the under bonnet wanting out for the lav lol .. could be your wheels need aligned.

Coz it wants to be a Rover. Seriously, it could be the legs. We had this problem with our Astra. The leg had snapped. Changed the legs, problem gone

have the mechanic ride with you when the noise occurs tell them I want that noise repaired, take it to another shop if they say nothings wrong.

tell the garage they dont know wat the're chattin bout. i would say its one of 2 things - firstly ur suspension could be knackered OR it could be ur wheel bearings. Does it 'knock' round either corner or just one? this info will help
