The answer is "maybe." The two drugs in this are paracetamol (acetaminophen in the US) and diphenhydramine, sold as the brand name Benadryl. Both of these are usually safe in pregnancy, but the simple rule is that you should not take anything while pregnant without discussing it with your doctor. The reason you want to take it could be as imprtant as the safety of the medicines themselves.
GIve you doctor a call. Don't ever be afraid to check on safety for yourself as well as for the baby.

Why would you want to? What is it?
If it is any kind of cold medicine, no way!
There is more information about medicine available to you from a pharmacist than a doctor.
Remember that many natural remedies contain the same active ingredients as drugstore stuff, it only comes from a natural source.

Acetaminophen is in the FDA pregnancy category B. This means that it is UNLIKELY to be harmful to an unborn baby. I would talk to my doctor first.
