I've been using the Herbal Essences range and found them good.
Before that I used Inecto - coconut range, their intensive conditioner was great and only cost about £1.00.

well it all depends on your budget, hence how much you are willing to splurge.

If you want a fairly commecial brand then go for Pantene damaged hair. Always buy shampoo & conditioner separately. When you apply conditioner leave it in for 30mins then rinse out. The minimal 3 minutes wont be as affective.

But hair salon products try either Andrew Colin, Trevor Sorbee or John Frieda. But as you say you've had styling damage so after your hair is dried, spray on some leave in conditioner like Redken. Then afterwards get a good serum like John Frieda.

Pantene is really the best. But make sure that you deep condition your hair every other day. Condition it everyday.
