I was told by a friend that i may have 'A Contusion to the soft tissue below the fourth thoracic vertebra'

A contusion is an injury usually caused by blunt force, like a bruise, and the "soft tissue" just means not the bone, and the fourth thoracic vertebrae would on your back in the center in the area between your shoulder blades.

sounds like you have a sore chest. or did you get hit in your chests or something cause contusion is torn skin and thoracic vertebra is your diaphragm, well chest area.round to the back and spine area lower area since fourth cause it consist of 12
