1. it's illegal, as several people pointed out.
2. once the money is in your friends account, it's his money. He doesnt have to give it back and you have no way to force him. A woman who worked for me though this would be a slick idea and the week after she gave her friend the money, the friend went down to the Indian Casinos and blew it gambling. Tough luck, friend, she was out $30K!!!!!

do no longer do it. i'm blind to any regulation that would shrink a monetary business enterprise pass from the united kingdom to the U. S.. something does no longer upload up right here or you haven't any longer supplied sufficient element. Why would your account no longer be problem to the comparable standards?
