Doc said it comes from heart beats, but when this occurs my heart does not beat any faster. For the past few days i have been having jaw pain and some kind of pressure around the left ear.
I am on bp Medications since three weeks.

Could also be a Ototoxic effect due to some medicines you takr\e. BUT if it reccurs often..better see a doctor. A fungal infection can be there. Hope this helps. God bless!

Your Dr. is probably correct in diagnosing the drum beats as being heart beats, and concentrated relaxing may help, but jaw pain is also a symptom of heart problems, so a quick return to your Dr. is imperative. If you cannot get in to see your Dr. then go to the ER. Don't tell yourself you will feel silly if it is nothing. Believe me, the ER Dr.s would rather have 1000 visits that turn out minor than 1 heart patient that should have come but waited too long.

You may have an ear infection or a heavy buildup of earwax. try some Debrox from the drug store; if that doesn't work, an EENT man may be needed to puzzle this out.
