You must have a juice extractor machine. Buy any fresh fruits and put them in. Switch on the machine and you will get the fresh juices you wants.

Plant the fuit or vegetable first.
Then harvest it ealy in the morning when it is ripe.
Extract it using a juice extractor.
There you got 100% fresh juice.

Buy a higher end juicer and buy the types of fruit/vegetables you want to juice. Quite simple.

to make a carrot juice that serves for 4,
take around 10 medium sized carrots,peel them,boil them for 5 minutes,smash them and boil again with a cup of sugar(till the sugar melts), finally add 1 cup of milk.to increase the taste add some uncooked grated carrot after cooking.

you may need a juice extractor (juice machine) or unless your having oranges lemons etc then squees them, if you want an apple sauce/custard then peel your apples , core them , then boil them in warm water for 30 min to 45 min then use the blender to turn them into sauce then stick in fridge.. yay !!! good luck

listen...its very easy...get some fresh fruits...e.g.orange...peel it..make it into pieces....put it in the juicer/grinder/mixie....and grind it thoroughly...add sugar to taste...
