Buy Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream) and then flavor it with small amounts of flavoring you like. Now whip the heck out of it until you have Whipped Cream. Be careful about the length of time you whip it because you can break it and it will then be ruined.

If you mean mock Cream, just make a sauce using 1 Pint Milk, 2 Table-spoons corn flour Table-spoons sugar, 2oz butter. Beat the butter and sugar together. Add a little of the milk to the corn flour and mix into a paste. Boil the rest of the milk, pour over the corn flour paste stirring all the time. Cool, and add the butter mix. Let go completely cold in the fridge an serve with whatever dessert you like!
